  • Community Recycling Center

  • God is most good! We have gone from seeing our important operational resource, the Community Recycling Center, burned down by an arsonist, to seeing it begin its come-back.
The Mission's contractor, Ausland Builders, Inc. is in charge of the construction. The new facility will be an all metal 40' x 80' building. One of the great blessing is that Eric Henderson, owner of Pacific Ironworks, has agreed to erect the building at no-cost to the Mission; that represents about a $22,000 investment. God is good to us! And, thank you Eric!
We are hoping that around May 15th we will begin to operate once again. We are trusting that what some poor soul meant for evil our God will bring great good for the Mission but also for our Community of Josephine. We will be recycling plastics #1 and #2 as well as Shrink Wrap. We will also be doing various metals - aluminum, copper and steel. Hang in there with us, won't you? God is working through all of these things for our good; God grant to us the patience and faith to see and believe.
